Tot de Poble wins an International Silver Medal with its blue cheese “La Valltorta”

Tot de Poble Cheese Dairy, a member company of the Product Club, has received international recognition after winning a Silver Medal at the Concours International de Lyon (France) with its blue cheese “La Valltorta”.

The competition, regarded as one of the most prestigious in the European agri-food sector, brought together more than 2,200 cheeses from 21 countries. Among them, the jury awarded this artisanal cheese produced in Les Coves de Vinromà (Castellón, Spain), highlighting the quality and craftsmanship of the territory.

“La Valltorta” is a sheep’s milk blue cheese, produced using traditional artisanal methods. It stands out for its character, balance and respect for traditional processes. The award recognises not only the excellence of the product, but also the constant work, commitment to animal welfare and respect for the land that define the dairy.

This international recognition strengthens the role of Product Club companies as ambassadors of local produce and the gastronomic value of the territory on leading European stages.
