Cal Paradís renews its excellence: 14 years with a Michelin Star and a second Green Star
On 25 November, Cal Paradís restaurant, a member of the Plana de l’Arc Product Club and located in Vall d’Alba, once again stood among the elite of Spanish gastronomy. Led by Miguel Barrera and Ángela Ribes, the restaurant was recognised by the Michelin Guide for the 14th consecutive year with a Michelin Star, and for the second year with the Michelin Green Star.
This double distinction confirms Cal Paradís as one of the best restaurants in the country, not only for the excellence and creativity of its cuisine, but also for its strong commitment to sustainability, local produce and respect for the environment, setting an example of responsible fine dining.
