The restaurants in Cabanes offer a rich and varied gastronomy that combines the fishing and agricultural tradition of the coastal town with excellent rice, vegetables, fish and fruit, especially peaches and oranges, with the character of the inland restaurants, dishes based on game meats, sausages, mushrooms, mountain snails and the typical stew of vegetables and pork. A tip: leave room for dessert and don’t go home without trying our traditional pastries made of almonds. Cabanes is one of the largest producers of almonds in the Valencian Community.
