SESSION FOR THE CREATION OF SHORT MARKETING CHANNELS BETWEEN EVOO PRODUCERS AND THE RESTAURANT SECTOR
The Diputació de Castelló and the Fundació Intercoop are once again organizing sessions
aimed at creating short marketing channels between the Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
production sector in the province of Castellón and the Restaurant sector.
This year, the sessions will take place in La Plana de l’Arc and Peñíscola. To participate,
please send an email to técnico@fundacionintercoop.com, indicating which session you
wish to attend.
The event includes an introduction to the olive oil sector in Castellón and a presentation of
the producing companies, followed by a tasting of different EVOOs. Additionally, attendees
will be able to sample EVOOs paired (with simple pairings) with products from the Castelló
Ruta de Sabor brand.
