La Plana de l’Arc strengthens its commitment to quality and tourism innovation in Requena and Utiel
La Plana de l’Arc, as a smart tourism destination, took part on May 26 and 27 in two key events organized by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, focused on improving quality, sustainability, and the digital transformation of tourism in the region.
On Monday, May 26, the technical team attended the 2nd SICTED CV Forum in Requena, a day dedicated to the Commitment to Tourism Quality. Key topics included the work of the Interdestinations Committee, the evolution of the SICTED model towards sustainability, measuring the ecological footprint, and the case study of Tierra Bobal as an example of best practices.
On Tuesday, May 27, La Plana de l’Arc was present at the 13th General Assembly of the DTI-CV Network in Utiel, where strategic lines of action for 2025 were presented. The sessions covered the network’s action plan, the use of smart tourism tools, the role of innovation networks (Innoagents and tech centers), and the presentation of use cases and training in Smart Tourism.
Participating in these events allows La Plana de l’Arc to continue progressing in the implementation of a more intelligent, collaborative, and sustainable tourism model, aligned with current sector challenges and regional cooperation across the Comunitat Valenciana.
