La Plana de l’Arc promotes a strategic plan for sustainable tourism with its Product Club subsidized by the Diputació de Castelló

La Plana de l’Arc, a region encompassing seven charming villages, has taken a firm step
into the future with the creation of the Product Club. This initiative, subsidized by the
Diputació de Castelló, has become a benchmark in sustainable tourism, where love and
respect for the territory are the essence of the project.

A commitment to sustainability and the territory
The main value of the Product Club is to work as sustainably as possible, always caring for
and protecting the natural environment, traditions, and local culture. The members of the
Club share a clear mission: to bring life to these villages and offer unique, authentic, and
responsible experiences.

The fundamental objectives of the Product Club include:
● Protecting nature and preserving the landscapes that define the identity of La Plana
de l’Arc.
● Caring for the land and landscapes, ensuring agricultural and environmental
sustainability.
● Loving the culture and traditions of the area, showcasing to visitors the intangible
richness of these villages.
● Promoting life in the villages, so that new generations can stay and thrive in their
homes.
● Providing dignified work to local residents, encouraging local employment and the
improvement of small businesses.

A strategic plan to boost the Product Club
To ensure the project’s success, work was carried out on the development of a strategic
plan designed specifically for the Product Club. This plan was presented on October 13 in
Les Coves de Vinromà, during an event where recognitions were also awarded to the
companies that are part of the Product Club.

A model based on collaboration and authenticity
The key to the success of the Product Club lies in collaboration between small business
owners, artisans, and neighbors, who work hand in hand as excellent hosts. Additionally,
famtrips (familiarization trips) are organized to strengthen relationships among participants
and foster greater collaboration between companies and entities.

Their commitment to local products translates into:
● Promoting km 0 products, which are sustainable and of high quality.
● Preserving customs, traditions, and legends, passed on through unique
experiences.
● Daily care of their small businesses to ensure the highest quality and hospitality.

The Product Club not only aims to protect its territory but also to offer visitors an
unforgettable and authentic experience. Each trip to La Plana de l’Arc allows visitors to
discover an environment where nature, culture, and tradition coexist in perfect harmony,
creating unforgettable memories.

Product Club stands out as an example of how sustainable tourism can breathe life into rural
