Meeting of the Interdepartmental Board of La Plana de l’Arc – Monday, April 7th

On Monday, April 7th, a new session of the Interdepartmental Board of La Plana de l’Arc was held, where several key topics were discussed regarding the promotion and tourism development of the territory.
The minutes from the previous session were approved, and the use and promotion of the new La Plana de l’Arc tourism app were addressed. In addition, new brochures were presented: “The Essentials of La Plana de l’Arc” and the Cyclotourism Itineraries guide, aimed at showcasing the area’s attractions.
It was agreed that each municipal website should include a direct link to La Plana de l’Arc’s official site to centralize tourist information. Regarding the audio guides, it was decided to review and ensure all municipalities have them properly updated.
The date for the next edition of the Slow Moments festival was confirmed. Several municipalities also expressed interest in joining the Cittaslow network, which promotes a high-quality, sustainable form of tourism. Other topics discussed included the DTI (Smart Tourist Destination) self-diagnosis process and the maintenance of the sculptures in the open-air museum, as well as the current status of a grant request to the Valencian regional government.
La Plana de l’Arc continues to promote inter-municipal collaboration in order to develop new projects and participate in relevant tourism events.
